Dear customers, we are pleased to introduce you a free shipping in case your cart is over $70. We send the parcel by registered mail and give you a track number that you can use to track the location of your parcel
Please kindly use it and be aware of your parcel location. In case you did not pick up your parcel at the post, we are not responsible for your losses and would not be able to make a full refund.
If the latter is, unfortunately, the case, we can only offer you the refund with the exception of insurance, transport and tax fees.
Please kindly note, that we do not do a free package re-sending.

Delivery and tracking:
– Upon sending, I provide tracking number. All parcels are accepted upon signature. and you should receive them on post. This is a precaution so that they will not be lost in transit. Please check your order by tracking number and take your parcels if they have arrived. Depending on country and region policies, they can be on post for 14-30 days, and if the parcel is not recovered, they will be returned back to Ukraine. If that is the case, you can pay for re-sending and i will re-deliver them upon arrival. Usually parcels are delivered undamaged as i try to pack them reliably.
During holidays, delivery time can increase due to high demand. I am unable to make post office work faster, so it is advisable to order beforehand. Ex. Christmas and New Year presents are best to be ordered in early November.
When you receive your parcel at the post, and see any damage, please check that the merchandise is intact. If that is not the case – don’t accept delivery and it will be returned back to me, and I shall reimburse the purchase. But if you accept it on the post without checking, and it will be damaged you will have to send it back to me at your cost, but I still will reimburse the damaged merchandise. Not checking the package is not worth it. Please check the parcel before you take it home.
