Is it possible to customize my wedding bouquet or home decor?
Yes! All our items are Hand Made, so you can customize. We do custom bouquets to match your wedding theme or fit your home style the way you like. You can change the color of the accent flowers(we can pick together what will look the best), shape, kind and size of the bouquets. Please inquire about the bouquet you like via message with all the details before the purchase.
Flower crown, corsages, floral hair combs available as well to match your bridal bouquet. Don’t forget about bridesmaid and groomsmen also.
Home decoration custom bouquets available for custom orders. Send us photos and descriptions via email or messenger and we will come up with some good items for you.

HOW TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS
To place your order with us
- Please add all items you want to the Cart
- click View Cart
- then Proceed to Checkout
- enter your Name and Shipping Address
- you can add your Order Notes (left bottom corner). Please use this field for anything you want us to remember about
We accept all major Credit Cards and use PayPal, trusted service by millions for your shopping convenience.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
World Wide Shipping
All our items are:
- Well Packaged. All items are shipped in the packing proved to delivery your fragile items with minimum damage.
- Traceable Packages. You will receive a tracking number to follow up on your delivery.
- Signature Required. Upon arrival make sure there is no damage to the box before signing for your package. Read refunds and returns section below for details
North America ( USA and Canada). Your order will take:
- 2-3 weeks to arrive on regular business weeks
- 4-6 weeks during the holiday(s) season.
Europe (all countries except listed below):
- 2-3 weeks to arrive on regular business weeks
- 4-6 weeks during the holiday(s) season.
Germany, Australia, New Zealand: We do not ship to these countries as it is forbidden by law. Thank you for understanding.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We apply refunds or accept returns only in the following cases. No exceptions.
- Refunds. We apply full refunds only in case if you have changed your mind within 24h or before tracking number have been issued whichever comes first
- Returns. In case your order have arrived damaged, please do not sign for the box at the post office. Instead refuse to accept it due to the damage. In order to apply for a Refund or Exchange please take a picture of the damage and the shipping label and send them to us after you have refused the delivery.
Liability Disclaimer
Our bouquets are made out of natural flowers and ingredients. We are packaging them as good as possible, however they will travel for a long time, so please expect that some tiny flowers or small leafs may detach from the bouquet or home decor. This is normal and should not affect the beauty of the crafted decor or bouquet we made. You should understand and Accept that. Import duties and taxes are responsibility of the buyer(in rare cases).
